This consultation is aimed at people who use chronic treatments and need a timely evaluation to review their continuity. It can be useful whether you have already had care with the Dr. Dino González or if your treating doctor is not available or does not yet have one. Includes review of medications in use, evolution, available measurements and next steps according to medical evaluation.

Price, coverage and reservation

Attention by video call throughout Chile. The evaluation of continuity of a known treatment costs $20.000; An initial comprehensive consultation costs $30.000. When coordinating, it is confirmed what attention corresponds according to the history. The fee corresponds to the medical evaluation; booking or paying does not guarantee a renewal.

An electronic fee bill is issued to request reimbursement in Isapre or complementary insurance, subject to coverage. The attention is particular to people affiliated with Fonasa and Isapres.

During care, the next steps are explained: additional history, examinations, control or in-person evaluation when necessary. Prepare your previous prescriptions and reports for review through the agreed clinical channel; do not send them in the first coordination message.

What information helps during control

• Updated list of indicated medications, with dosage and schedule as they are being used.
• Home measurements or reports that have been previously requested, if you have them.
• Perceived changes, adverse effects or difficulties following instructions.
• Dates of relevant controls, exams or prior care.

Resolution during care

The continuity, adjustment or renewal of a treatment is decided during the consultation, according to medical history and criteria. When appropriate, the doctor can issue a prescription using the enabled systems. The coordination message only serves to access care; It does not replace the clinical interview.
